Information we plan to collect
The interest form may collect your name, email address, ZIP code and, if you choose, your mobile number, age range, disc golf frequency, interests and how you heard about Hyzer Space. We do not intend to collect information from children under 13.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide requested opening updates, learn what future guests want, understand our potential market and improve the planned Hyzer Space experience.
Where information is stored
Once connected, HubSpot is intended to be the system of record for interest-list submissions. This site should not create a separate proprietary lead database. Hosting, form, email and analytics service providers may process limited information on our behalf.
Marketing communications
Marketing consent is optional and never pre-checked. If you opt in, we may send business and opening updates. Every marketing email should provide an unsubscribe method.
Correction and deletion
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information. A public privacy contact method must be added here before launch.
Cookies and analytics
Only technologies that are approved and configured should be active. HubSpot tracking, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel may be considered later. Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies should not activate without the appropriate consent mechanism.
